SALEM, Ore. – Today, HB 2005 B passed the House Floor on party lines. Representative Greg Smith (R-Heppner) adamantly voted against the bill. “In all my years of service in the Oregon Legislature, I have never supported legislation that limits, reduces, or in any way infringes upon our Second Amendment right, and I don’t plan to start now” said Representative Smith.
