Family First
I believe many of society’s ills are the result of not putting the family first. We need fathers to tell their daughters just how special they are, and we need mothers to look their sons in the eyes and tell them what it means to be a man.
Creating Family Wage Jobs
I believe we need to invest in the necessary infrastructure and promote a business climate that will attract and help create good family-wage jobs. We also need to work together to maintain our existing jobs.
Second Amendment Rights
I believe the Constitution is very clear, “A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”
Fiscal Responsibility
I believe we need leaders who are fiscally conservative. We need to know how to save and when to invest, and perhaps most important when to say no.
Natural Resources
I believe it is through natural resource utilization our economy will grow. Real wealth comes from entrepreneurship and the free enterprise of citizens working their land.
Sanctity of Life
I believe in the sanctity of life from conception to natural death. I am proud to be pro-life and will continue to advocate for the most vulnerable.
Education
Education funding should be the top priory of the state of Oregon. We must improve Oregon’s K-12 and higher education funding to make sure our state is one that works for everyone.
Keeping Our Promise to Senior Citizens
I believe we, as a society, have a moral obligation to keep our promise to senior citizens. They are who have made this nation and state great.
Supporting Troops & Veterans
I believe we must support our military. Whether one agrees or disagrees, we must fully support those who protect our freedoms.
